Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and product adoption.
- Resolve complex technical issues by collaborating cross-functionally with our engineering and product teams.
- Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) ratings.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Onboard new accounts, providing personalized guidance on platform features and best practices.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base to streamline future support processes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or a client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency with modern CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain complex concepts simply.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business or communications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support various time zones as needed.
