Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Proactively identify user pain points and collaborate with the product team to implement long-term solutions.
- Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses.
- Manage customer onboarding processes to ensure rapid time-to-value for new enterprise clients.
- Document recurring issues in our internal knowledge base to improve self-service support resources.
- Participate in regular team strategy sessions to refine our communication standards and support workflows.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or account management within the SaaS industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly, and persuasive tone.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and explain them to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
