Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities for product adoption and upsell based on user behavior analytics.
- Resolve complex technical inquiries by collaborating with our engineering and product teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
- Lead onboarding sessions and training webinars for new account administrators.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively reach out to prevent churn.
- Document customer feedback to drive product roadmap improvements and feature requests.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, account management, or a client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume work environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
