Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and reduce churn.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate, timely technical support and guidance.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM to drive product improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed for success.
- Monitor account health metrics and reach out to users who may require additional support.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on de-escalation and customer retention.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work core business hours with a commitment to team excellence.
