Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer onboarding and implementation experience.
- Collaborate with the product team to communicate user feedback and feature requests.
- Maintain a high CSAT score by providing personalized, solution-oriented assistance.
- Manage technical troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support.
- Develop and maintain internal knowledge base documentation.
- Conduct remote product demonstrations for new and existing users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-volume setting.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for technical troubleshooting.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to process improvement.
