Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Troubleshoot technical issues via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to educate new users on platform features and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Product team to advocate for customer needs and feature requests.
- Maintain high CSAT scores by delivering personalized, solution-oriented support.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM to maintain data integrity.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell relevant service packages.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
