Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via email, live chat, and telephone with professionalism.
- Proactively identify opportunities for user education and product adoption.
- Collaborate with the product team to report bugs and suggest feature enhancements based on user feedback.
- Maintain high CSAT and NPS scores through timely and accurate resolution of technical issues.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our key account holders.
- Draft and update internal knowledge base documentation to improve team efficiency.
- Conduct onboarding walkthroughs for new enterprise clients to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical software issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
