- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Proactively identify customer pain points and provide effective, timely resolutions.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to offer expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to share customer feedback and drive feature improvements.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Maintain a high CSAT score by delivering empathetic, solution-oriented service.
- Onboard new clients and ensure they have the tools necessary for immediate success.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or client success roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
