Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with precision and empathy.
- Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for our core software platform.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Host onboarding webinars to help new users maximize platform utility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain complex solutions clearly.
- Proficiency with modern CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
