Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Maintain high CSAT and NPS scores by delivering prompt, empathetic, and accurate solutions.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback based on recurring customer pain points.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through our platform features and best practices.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate documentation in our CRM system.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or client success roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly office environment.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Critical thinking skills with a knack for de-escalating complex situations.
- A degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented goal.
