Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer pain points to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to report software bugs and feature requests.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through timely and empathetic communication.
- Develop and update internal knowledge base documentation to improve self-service support.
- Lead onboarding sessions for new enterprise clients to ensure successful product adoption.
- Monitor account health metrics and take preventive actions to reduce churn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer support or client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional empathy.
- Proficiency with modern CRM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Ability to demonstrate high-level technical aptitude with SaaS platforms.
