Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client accounts to identify growth opportunities and reduce churn
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution excellence
- Collaborate with product teams to document feedback and drive service improvements
- Develop personalized onboarding experiences for new enterprise clients
- Monitor key metrics (CSAT, NPS, retention rates) and implement action plans
- Train customers on platform features through virtual workshops
- Maintain detailed CRM records and update client health scores
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B customer success or technical support roles
- Proven ability to manage high-volume client portfolios (50+ accounts)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and helpdesk tools
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with emotional intelligence
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic actions
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CXCP or similar)
- Experience with SaaS product onboarding processes
- Fluent in English with bilingual Spanish a strong plus
