Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline support workflows.
- Maintain high CSAT and NPS scores through empathetic and efficient conflict resolution.
- Onboard new users and provide walkthroughs of core product features.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate technical bugs and feature requests.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM platform.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve self-service support documentation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or account management roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
