- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities for product improvements based on user feedback.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve escalated cases.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, FAQs, and self-service knowledge base articles.
- Monitor customer health metrics to ensure high retention and successful platform adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the onboarding experience for new accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical workflows.
