Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline support workflows.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by providing timely, accurate, and personalized resolutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to communicate customer feedback and influence feature development.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM platform.
- Conduct onboarding training sessions to ensure clients are set up for long-term success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or client success role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to advocate for the customer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
