- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product onboarding and user experience.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions within our CRM.
- Conduct follow-up sessions to gather feedback and identify upselling opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base articles and support resources.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
