Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with speed and professionalism.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and reduce churn.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and platform navigation assistance to diverse user groups.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product team to relay customer pain points and feature requests.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics related to response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product suite to provide expert-level guidance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or support-oriented role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional empathy.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- High level of comfort using digital tools and remote collaboration software.
