Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and live chat within established SLAs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for new corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of client interactions within our CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and streamline internal support processes.
- Contribute to internal knowledge base documentation and client-facing help guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or account management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SaaS-based customer support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with a technical aptitude.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-hybrid work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; secondary language proficiency is a significant plus.
