Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a customer-facing role.
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk).
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
