Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless platform utilization.
- Maintain high CSAT scores by delivering personalized, accurate, and timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with the product team to communicate customer feedback and influence feature development.
- Document support interactions and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
- Monitor customer health metrics to identify risks and opportunities for upsell.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new accounts to ensure rapid time-to-value.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or client success, preferably in SaaS.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Proven ability to empathize with users and turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
