Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer support or success role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
