Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Document client interactions and feedback within our CRM to drive product improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding and support workflows.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics related to response time and resolution quality.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations to help clients maximize platform value.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our service offerings to provide accurate and technical guidance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and navigate complex software platforms.
- High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or Hubspot).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
