Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Proactively identify account needs to ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through platform features effectively.
- Document customer feedback and collaborate with the Product team to drive platform improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions within our CRM system.
- Develop deep product expertise to provide insightful, accurate solutions to complex queries.
- Participate in team strategy sessions to refine our service delivery standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume Customer Service or Client Success role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on creative problem-solving.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a global team.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
