Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone with empathy and efficiency.
- Proactively identify client pain points and provide tailored solutions to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Sales, to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate client records within our CRM to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Draft and update help center articles and internal FAQs to streamline support processes.
- Participate in weekly team syncs to share insights and suggest improvements to current workflows.
- Meet or exceed quarterly KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or a client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, yet approachable tone.
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed while navigating high-pressure situations.
- Technical proficiency with CRM tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Deep commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
