- Achieve and exceed monthly performance KPIs regarding response time and resolution quality.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to advocate for the customer.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
