- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate engineering teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey by gathering feedback and analyzing recurring issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new users.
- Consistently achieve key performance indicators related to resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for learning new software tools quickly.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
