Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through personalized and efficient communication.
- Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and feature requests.
- Document all interactions accurately within our CRM to ensure team transparency.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new accounts to ensure a seamless implementation.
- Participate in team strategy sessions to refine support workflows and internal processes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a high-volume setting.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.
