Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with high efficiency and empathy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical account issues and platform navigation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for product upsells and feature adoption based on client behavior.
- Maintain an exceptional customer satisfaction score (CSAT) by meeting response time and quality KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to escalate complex bugs and provide user feedback.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM system.
- Onboard new clients, providing guided walkthroughs to ensure a seamless product experience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, support, or account management, preferably in SaaS.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail and creative problem-solving.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during high-volume periods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
