Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Onboard new users to our platform, ensuring a smooth and intuitive setup process.
- Document customer interactions within our CRM to track trends and identify product improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the engineering and sales teams to resolve escalations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and minimize churn.
- Maintain high CSAT and NPS scores through dedicated follow-ups and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
