Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Onboard new users by providing comprehensive walkthroughs and troubleshooting initial setup issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and provide feedback to the product development team.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM to track trends and common pain points.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and response times.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and technical support teams to resolve complex technical escalations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or client-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions to non-technical users.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
