Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with precision.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the product team for timely resolutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for customer education and platform optimization.
- Maintain a deep, up-to-date knowledge of product features and service updates.
- Document customer feedback to drive product improvements and business growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom).
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to work core business hours within the Central Time Zone.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
