Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide expert guidance on platform features to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical friction points to improve the customer journey.
- Maintain high-level documentation of customer feedback to inform product development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Maintain a target CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score through efficient and empathetic support.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote-hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
