Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and product adoption.
- Resolve technical and billing-related escalations with precision and empathy.
- Maintain high CSAT and NPS scores through timely, accurate communication.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay user feedback and bug reports.
- Document support processes in our internal knowledge base to improve team efficiency.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new clients hit the ground running.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, support, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot preferred).
- Proven ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
