Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey through feedback loops.
- Resolve technical escalations by collaborating closely with the engineering and product teams.
- Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) ratings.
- Document recurring issues in our knowledge base to help scale our support operations.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through our platform's key features.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced or challenging situations.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
