Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with precision.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and reduce friction.
- Collaborate with the product team to relay critical user feedback and bug reports.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in our CRM to ensure seamless service handoffs.
- Drive client loyalty by providing personalized solutions and anticipating user needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new accounts to ensure rapid time-to-value.
- Resolve escalated support tickets with a focus on de-escalation and positive outcomes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, support, or client-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
