Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with speed and empathy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through platform features to ensure successful adoption.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate and actionable advice to our client base.
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to relay user feedback and resolve complex technical hurdles.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process improvements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service or technical support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
