Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone with precision.
- Proactively identify and resolve client pain points to minimize churn.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback based on user trends.
- Execute onboarding sessions to ensure new users are set up for immediate success.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to response times and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or a client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to master complex product features.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
