Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with precision and empathy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions to ensure user success.
- Proactively identify customer pain points and collaborate with the product team to drive feature improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions in our CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly performance metrics, including response time and CSAT scores.
- Guide new users through the onboarding process to ensure early adoption and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with company product updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a high-growth customer-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex customer issues.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team objectives.
