Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with speed and empathy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the engineering team.
- Proactively identify client needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain high CSAT and NPS scores through dedicated support interactions.
- Document recurring issues to help improve our internal Knowledge Base.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to advocate for customer feedback.
- Execute client onboarding sessions to ensure seamless product adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer support or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize high-volume queues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
