Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell based on customer needs.
- Manage and resolve complex technical support issues by collaborating with our internal engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including FAQs and user guides.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new clients successfully integrate our platform into their workflows.
- Monitor customer health metrics to preemptively address potential churn risks.
- Analyze support data to provide actionable insights for product improvement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, account management, or success roles, preferably in SaaS.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
