Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and technical guidance to resolve complex user issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite to deliver accurate, value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate bugs and feature requests.
- Document customer interactions with precision to improve our internal knowledge base.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer onboarding and support journey.
- Maintain high satisfaction scores by meeting or exceeding defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a service-oriented role.
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on creative problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team culture.
