Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify customer pain points and provide efficient, high-impact solutions.
- Document customer feedback to drive product improvements and feature requests with the engineering team.
- Maintain a high CSAT score by ensuring every interaction is professional, empathetic, and resolution-oriented.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Manage complex account issues and escalate critical tickets to leadership when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on company product updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume customer service or support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
