Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback based on customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of our platform and service offerings.
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist in the creation of support documentation and client-facing FAQs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service or support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated commitment to building long-term, positive client relationships.
