Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to maintain high retention rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and track technical bugs or product feature requests.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions in our CRM.
- Assist in the development of self-service knowledge base articles and FAQs.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics related to resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, account management, or related client-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude for learning new software products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
