- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and product adoption.
- Resolve complex technical issues by collaborating with our engineering and product teams.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Document customer feedback to influence future product roadmaps and feature enhancements.
- Manage customer onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new accounts.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in CRM software like Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Ability to multitask in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
