- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify customer pain points and provide efficient, accurate technical solutions.
- Proactively communicate product updates and feature enhancements to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate recurring technical issues.
- Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores by delivering personalized service experiences.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM to improve internal knowledge base documentation.
- Support onboarding initiatives to help new users maximize the value of our platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or related client-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Proficiency with modern CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
