Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and reduce churn.
- Resolve complex technical issues by coordinating with our internal Engineering and Product teams.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate, value-driven solutions to users.
- Document customer feedback and feature requests to help drive product roadmap development.
- Monitor account health metrics to ensure clients are extracting maximum value from our services.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
