Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and reduce churn.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our product suite to provide accurate, technical support.
- Document customer feedback and collaborate with the Product team to drive improvements.
- Manage escalated issues with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new clients are set up for success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Success, or Account Management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly office environment.
