Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to advocate for customer needs and feature requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Develop and update internal knowledge base articles and FAQ resources.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to educate new clients on platform capabilities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance KPIs regarding response time and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of empathy and a commitment to customer-centric solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
