- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline workflows.
- Document customer interactions with precision in our CRM to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide user feedback and advocate for feature improvements.
- Resolve complex technical issues by working closely with internal support tiers.
- Onboard new clients to ensure they get maximum value from our platform from day one.
- Maintain high satisfaction scores by consistently exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a customer-facing role.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B customer support environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and solving root-cause issues.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new software platforms quickly.
